2021 was a long cool vintage. This Pinot Blanc was picked with nice ripeness and acidity striking a great balance. This delightful wine has a round, silky texture on the palate with notes of apples and melon framed by a bracing mineral back bone. The finish is fresh with bright notes of citrus and a hint of honey. A delightful wine!
