The grapes were 40% whole cluster fermented and aged in one-third new, one-third one-year old, and one-third two-year old Francois Fréres barrels for 18 months. This Pinot is rich with tart cherry/berry aromas backed by savory flavors of tea, herbs & earthy spice. Complex, balanced, well stated.
