2024 Albarino, Edna Valley

The 2024 Edna Valley Albarino is predominately from The Jack Ranch Vineyard. After a cool, long growing season the grapes were harvested on September 30. The crop levels were extremely low and the resulting is a beautifully intense example of Albariño.

The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented in neutral barrels. The wine went through malolactic fermentation in barrel and aged on the lees until bottling in July.

The wine has exotic aromas of orange blossoms and honeysuckle. On the palate flavors of luscious ripe white peaches mingle with lime peel and lemon curd. The wine has a round silky texture and is juicy and with crisp acidity that keeps you coming back for more.
