We will be tasting the wine varieties of Assyrtiko, Falanghina, Godello, Clairette Blanche, Roussanne and Refosco from Domaine Publica, Lindquist Family and Verdad alongside their European counterparts from Italy, Spain, France and Greece that have inspired us.
